Your parcel will be sent by first class post, within 7 working days, once payment has been cleared. For outside UK deliveries please contact us for a delivery price. All items are carefully packaged to avoid damage and recycled packaging may be used to help the environment. We hope you enjoy our products and shop with us again soon.

Returns Policy

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to replace or refund your order - once the parcel has been returned.

Custom Orders

We have tried to incorporate a wide range of soaps and body products to suit most needs, however please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any special requirements we haven't catered for, for example a different blended oil, or a gift box with a different soap, or a gift box made from your choice of items.

If you have purchased other items from me at a craft fair that are not listed on the website, please contact me and I may have some in stock.
